The World Federation of ADHD has published an open-access e-book aimed at giving healthcare professionals in low- and middle-income countries practical, evidence-based guidance on ADHD. The book was created specifically because clinicians in these regions often lack access to reliable information and can’t afford traditional textbooks — so the Federation made it free, digital (given how widespread smartphones are globally), and available in English, Spanish, and Chinese to reach as many people as possible.

The guide is structured around six focused chapters covering the essentials of diagnosing and managing ADHD, plus background on epidemiology and risk factors. It was written by an international team of researchers and clinicians spanning every continent, reflecting the Federation’s commitment to global representation and evidence-based care.
